Internet sharing

Hi all
im german and now got a big problem with my windows 7. My pc is connected to my router via wifi. Today i bought a xbox360 without the wifi connector which is too expensive in my eyes. Now i wanted to link my pc and my xbox with a lan cable to share the internet. But how does this work? Just linking them is not the solution i guess. I hope u understand what my problem is and i hope that someone out there can help me.

Best regards

Router connects to internet via the "modem". Wire from modem to router.

XBox connects to router, wire from XBox to router.

PC connects to router, wifi from PC to router.

Xbox and PC have no direct connection.
