What is my expected download time?

Hey guys,
I am downloading something and wanted to know how long the download would take because it doesn't specify.

Download Size: 5.97GB
Download Speed: 400KB/s
Internet Speed: 144mbps

How long roughly will this take to complete?

If my arithmetic is halfway correct:

400 kb/s would be about 2.5 seconds for each MB.

Aka 2500 seconds for each GB

Aka about 42 minutes per GB

Aka about 250 minutes for about 5.97 GB

If your numbers are accurate and consistent---which may not be true.
