    wifi will not enable after loading last known good configuration


    hi, i'm using an HP Pavilion g4-1215TX laptop, after loading last known good configuration, my wifi will not enable anymore, even the wifi icon is missing from the taskbar... please help me with this problem, thanks

    Why did you try "last known good configuration" anyway?

    Any exclamation or question marks in "device manager"? And is your wireless adapter listed there under "network adapters"?

    wifi icon is totally missing in taskbar?

Hello all, I've been trying to figure out how to implement the 'last known good configuration' feature. However when I press F8 on start-up, there is no option for this. All that is visible is a list of boot devices that can be selected, anyone know how to load up the last know good config??...
