Intermittent Internet. New Build. Unable to Resolve DNS/sending reques

    Dear Forum Members,

I have come to seek your wisdom in an attempt to hold onto some of my sanity.

I have recently built a new gaming rig, and the internet was working fine, downloading at a healthy speed through steam (download client).

One morning the internet stopped working, and has now been working intermittently ever since. I have attempted to change the DNS, reset my router, re-installed windows 7, released and renewed the IP. I have tried to use different DNS servers also (as seen below). Drivers are also up to date etc.

I am using a wifi usb dongle. Some of the errors I have received from troubleshooting or the browser are 'default gateway not available' and 'unable to resolve DNS address' hanging on 'sending request' in browser. I also received a notification that another computer was using an identical IP.

Any help you can provide, would certainly be a blessing. As my computer is useless at the moment.

    Thank you all in advance!

Hi guys, just got another message in chrome.

Error 324 the server closed the connection without sending any data.

At present I am getting Internet on all my devices, including another pc connected via ethernet and a playbook and ipad via wifi.

My computer is showing as connected, with Internet access. But not loading and downloading at 0 bytes.

It's also now stating that the connection between your access point and router, or cable...and the Internet is broken.
