Speed test gives vey good speed but down speed is just 2-3 kb

What he means by

main ne kuch settings cherin aur kam ban giya

is that is he played around with the Setting and changed a few here and there, and it worked. At least that's what I thnk he said . Though he shouldn't post results in a language not understood by everyone.
