SetPower - dynamically adjust your power settings

I found this little nifty app courtesy of SetPower Adjusts Your Computer's Power Management on a Schedule - Saving Money - Lifehacker. The developer has a sense of humor, too, as seen in this video:

Testing it now.... we'll see how well it works over the next couple of weeks - specifically, I want my home machine available to me during the daytime hours so I can remote in and grab what I need to using the laptop - and I want it sleeping at night when I am sleeping....

If I have any apps that are running that need to keep the computer awake they already do so, so I am not worried about that....

Initial run - no schedules set

    Adding a new schedule manually

    After both schedules are in

It is basically a front-end to setting up Task Scheduler items for adjusting your power setting on the fly - if you're familiar with TS, you can bypass installing this app and do it directly in TS - but this app is so easy to use I'd recommend anyone to go ahead and use it at least once.

    My new TS items:

Thanks for the hands on test report JG - I have similar uses as yours except I need time slots open on certain days during the night time :) so should be useful

I am using windows 7 Home Premium on HP Pavilion desktop, would love to run it but consistently getting error when I open it, it just wont open, installing went fine, anyone else knows if it is an issue with 64 bit pc's? and how do i configure taskscheduler to do it for me i.e what is the name of the program i have to start in taskschedular (i already use task scheduler for other programs)
