Windows Did Not Detect A Properly Installed Network Adapter.

I recently bought A new computer from ebay. Here is the link Vibox 4.2GHz

I am not really good with computers,

I spoke to a friend and they said to uninstall and install the network adapter but I really have no idea where to find the network adapter. If someone will help I will be really greatful.

Have you plugged in the ethernet cable from a router or modem you know is working with another PC?

If so look in the bottom right System tray for the little TV or five bar connection icon, left click to see if a Network is available and try to connect. Next rightclick to run the Troubleshooter.

Click the Start button in bottom left of screen, type Device Manager into search box just above it. Look in Device Manager under Network Adapters. Do you have an installed Ethernet Adapter and is it's driver working?

To find the drivers for your PC, search the maker's Support Downloads webpage for drivers. You might also need to seach specs to see what ethernet device is installed to find it's WIn7 driver. As a last resort you can determine the make/model of the device using Hardware Identification

I checked my device manager and on ethernet controller it says the drivers for this device are not installed

Please respond to each of the steps I took the time to type out for you.

You must pursue each to determine the Device make and model and then go to it's Support Downloads webpage to locate the driver, or google it for Win7 driver.
