Hi gang, i have a friend who used OTL and deleted AppMgmt from NetSvcs in a fix, i know that OTL does not have a restore function so anyway to get that back.
Any suggestions ??
Some one suggested writing a Custom Fix ? Do you know any that might work !

Problem with a svchost.exe (netsvcs)
For some strange reason this process is using about 12% of my cpu. It never stops unless I suspend it. But then I cannot browse. So I have to unsuspend it to browse. Any ideas what could be happening? This is not normal as far as I know. Avira and Malwarebytes show no problems.

It's been doing this for a while now, too.. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I disabled windows update a long time ago; if I try to update it now, my system can't handle it, and it reverts its changes. Help would be appreciated. Where would I start?
