How can i access my programs on my computer from another computer

is there program that i can use like RDC that allows me to use my programs but allows my sister to use at the same time

Old computer had hidden files, new computer cannot access them.
Title pretty much says it. but i had a desktop windows 7 with some hidden files. I was getting a new laptop (macbook, to dualboot mac osx/windows 7) I got an external HDD and copied my old windows 7 files that i needed. Transfered them onto my macbook.
