Let's get this straight. It's your router and you are letting your neighbour(s) surf the Internet (and potentially the contents of your system) free of charge? And they are taking advantage of this and using up most of your bandwidth?
How do you connect to the router? If by Ethernet cable, you can just turn the wireless section off (and/or unscrew the antenna) when you want an uninterrupted connection. Your neighbour(s) can't complain, since they are having what is in effect a free connection. If they do complain about you disconnecting them, then I think it's about time that you told your neighbour(s) (politely) that they should pay a nominal amount per week/month for the use of your connection or, if they refuse, to get their own router and pay their own bills. Download speeds in South Africa are low enough (Your Specs: 54Kb/s) without others leeching your connection.
