HI
when i click on properties for tcp/ip v4 in my local area connection properties it gives me this error:
In order to configure TCP/IP you must install and enable a network adapter card
But my card in installed and enabled and the light behind the case is shining.
What is the problem by the way first my network adapter was disable so I enabled it and restart the computer but it doesn't make difference.

put a check mark next to both versions of TCP/IP. Click OK then go back in and try to access properties again. Works for me.
I did it but it didn't work . When I click the properties for Internet protocol version 6 , 4 it show me this error :

Please take a screenshot of when you do ipconfig /all from the command prompt. Omit any personal info. Put it on a flash stick or floppy. Bring it to the computer you're using now with good access and upload it here.

You need to find out if your network drivers are installed correctly and working. can you go into device manager by typing that in search and go to the network tab. Look for you wifi/lan and make sure its there and does not have a yellow triangle on top. If it isnt there or has a yollow triangle on it means that the driver is not installed correctly.
