Saved it to a flash drive, copied it to the problem child, extracted it and ran until reboot.
I still have the network icon with the yellow triangle, and when I hover the mouse it reads 'Network 3 No Internet access'. If I right click that icon and select Troubleshoot problems I get the

Could this possibly be related to McAfee? This machine has over 700 days remaining on the subscription, and I'm sure part of that protection involves a firewall, but when I try to open the McAfee Security Center I get a mcagent.exe System Error: The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing.
You think I should just uninstall McAfee? I suppose I can always reinstall later. Maybe some sort of McAfee firewall is causing the problem.
