Network Error 0x80070035 - In only one PC

In a network with 10 computers, the PC-2 can access everyone but the PC-5.
All other computers can access each other and PC-5 can also access everyone else.

Where is the bug? The PC-2 has the bug right?
Any tips where to start? Why is it only one PC that the PC-2 cannot access?

Basic routines are checked I think:
    All running windows 7
All having same network sharing settings,
Network discovery ON (both home and public)
File sharing ON (both home and public)
Public folder sharing ON (both home and public)
Password OFF (both home and public)

Error message say: "Check the spelling of the name." (?!?!)

    HELP!

Are you certain that the time/date settings on the problem machine are set correctly and in sync with your other machines?

What antivirus are you running? It could be a firewall issue. Try disabling the firewall on that machine and see if it will work then, and then you'll know. Norton 360 has been known to cause this as well.
