Network connected to internet, IE and Firefox dont work, Chrome does

This happened rather suddenly. Firefox, IE & Safari time out or won't load pages, including IP of Tenda Wireless N router (connected via Ethernet). Some internet connections are working like Chrome, Norton definitions and Taxti. Others don't.

Norton, Clamwin & Malwarebytes are running scans. I added another DNS server to list. Norton And Windows firewalls on or off don't make a difference.

Free port scanner shows EVERY port except 80 is closed.

    Ipconfig is as follows:

To fix this type of problem you will need to uninstall Norton using it's uninstall tool, Norton is in fact the most likely cause of this problem.

You should also remove the extra DNS servers. :)

I followed both suggestions. Didn't work. I also set DNS on router.

The problems remain the same except now I don't have Norton Security (from my provider) because it won't install without an internet connection.

According to the ipconfig you should be online so Clamwin A/V may still be a problem. You should also uninstall Clamwin, those so called free anti viruses cause nothing but problems.

You really did open a can of worms with those two A/V's and yes they do in fact block connections on a regular basis.

Besides the obvious A/V problems it may help to reset the network stack and reset winsock.

Unzip and run the file below, your machine will reboot automatically. Let me know if this changes anything.
