Welcome screen shows Administrator and Owner icons (options)

How do I permanently show only one "Owner/User"?
    - the Welcome screen (and after hibernation/sleep) always shows Admin + Owner
    - as the only user + administrator ... the options are pointless for me
    - I would like to skip the Welcome user options all together.
I have had days of problems understanding the Win-7 "security settings" on each and every folder
and maybe I have saboatged myself.
The PC is only used for internet browsing, surfing, research, no games
    - I am a MS-Excel + MS-Word + AutoCad programmer in VBA, but that is my limit
ie, Office 2003, and some VBScript -- but I am no expert

    Win7_Home
No MS Office programs, nor any third party open-office
Classic Shell 3.6.3 ... on Start menu (I am an XP die hard)
    Custom programs...
    Metapad.exe -- (portable mode)
    Explorer++.exe -- (portable)
    ClipX.exe (clipboard tool)
    MyDefrag.exe
    ShiftOff.exe
    Virtual Keyboard -- (portable)

    Any help would be appreciated

To skip the welcome screen altogether you can do by using netplwiz.exe (Start/run, or search for it).
Select the user you want to log on as (eg Owner), and then uncheck the "Users must enter a username/password..." prompt.

Be aware that this may have security implications by bypassing a log on.

If you want to log on as administrator you can just log off and it will show the log on screen as you see it now.

    Thank you TanyaC

Your tweak did it exactly how I want.

    What I did ...

    In Welcome2 window
    left-clicked "Administrator"
    - I assumed "administrator" rather than lower ranked "Owner" (or "Guest")

    Start > Run
    Open:= netplwiz
    [OK] btn
User Accounts (dialog) > Users (tab)
    - "Users for this computer" panel is disabled when "[ ] Users must enter a user nameand password etc..."
    - so ...
[x] Users must enter a user nameand password etc... <<< checked
    - selected the "Owner" item
[ ] Users must enter a user nameand password etc... <<< unchecked
    [Apply] button
    - shows another dialog "Automatically Log On"
    - this is where I was originally confused, I assume this step is to clear password
    - my PC does not use passwords -- because I am single user
    [OK] button
    [OK]

    Start > Log Off Administrator

    Rebooted PC

    Starts without Welcome2 window
    - with access as administrator if I need it via Start > LogOff User
