    Automatic VPN on start


    Hi everybody, can u tell me, how to do an automatic VPN connect on start of the system? I tried to do a bat file and a simple label of connection but it does not work =\

    Whithout any client. Just standart Windows VPN Connection.

    You can right-click the connection and create a shortcut of this connection, which will be placed on the desktop.

    Then you can place the shortcut in the startup folder of the start menu..

    I toled that it does not work =\ I don't know why. (and yes I disable to show connection and to ask a sertificate)

    You may also find this app very usefull for VPN purpose
    UGD Software - Products - VPN Watcher
    it stops/pauses selected applications when your vpn connection is down for some reason
    works on all Win7/Vista versions

    this worked for me with poker software

    ok - i'm picking up an old thread, but:

    how to make win7 automatically connect to a VPN with a trigger being NOT system startup, but internet connection having been established.

    i have to work on a location where wifi is intermittent and non-VPN connection useless. so every time when wifi drops and comes back it's a bit of a pain to have to restart the VPN as well.

    alas - can "internet connection" be a scheduler trigger?
