Endless random onset of "No Internet Access" problem

I've been experiencing this "No Internet Access" problem since forever, on my Windows 7 computer. When that happens, I stop receiving any packets and I'm as good as disconnected while connected.

It happens like this. My wireless connection always goes from normal to "No internet access" (A yellow exclamation mark) at my wireless network connection at random and very frequently, like as every 15 secs. At best days, I can go for 3 hr+ without getting it. But on average, it happens every 10 mins. Whenever becomes "No internet access", I have to run "Windows Network Diagnostics" and it will say "Problem with Wireless adapter or Access Point" and says it's fixed. But the cycle continues non-stop. Everytime it happens, I'd have to disconnect and reconnect it manually. It's annoying as shit.

I'm using Aztech HW 550-3G as my router.
The stats of the router is as of below
    3G Mobile Broadband - HW550-3G

DW1525 (802.11n) WLAN PCIe Card as my inbuilt wireless adapter.

My Iphone 4s ISO 5 is having the exact same problem. Because I noticed that my wireless doesn't work at all especially when I leave my phone connected to the router after long hours. And have to manually disconnect and reconnect for it to work. After upgrading to ISO 6, my wireless connection totally doesn't work at all even though I'm connected.

However, My router works fine with my old vista & windows XP computers, as well as Samsung S3 phones.

My wireless adapter works fine connecting to my iphone's 3G Hotspot.

Right now, I need to know how to solve this or at least know whether the problem lies with my wireless adapter or router so that I can get it changed.

Please let me know if there's any information I should provide or that I've missed out.

    Below is the diagnostics test.

You are going to want to change the wireless Security to WPA2 rather than WEP, you will also want to use AES encryption.

If you can post the ipconfig/all it would also be helpful. :)

Well one of them was showing me this on connection ID2.

The ipconfig looks fine. Have you tried checking the wireless channels in your area to see if someone else is using the same ones that you are using. It's best to select wireless channels that are a few channels away from the ones your neighbors are using. Overlapping channels will kick you offline in some cases.

The Xirrus WiFi inspector is good for this.

Try unplugging the router from the AC power outlet for a couple of minutes then plug it back in and check issue. Also, see if there is a router firmware update for your router model.

That connection ID2 is my Iphone's 3G Hotspot.

I changed channel before which gave me better signal but my problem doesn't lie with the signal. I get that "yellow exclamation mark" randomly and that stops me from receiving any packets. This leaves me as good as disconnected, while I'm still connected technically. I think it's a DNS problem? I'm really bad at these stuff and just guessing.

I'd have to see a screen shot of the Xirrus to confirm the channel problem or not.

What is the signal strength on this machine? 3 bars 4 bars?

From the ipconfig it appears that you have typed those two DNS servers into the IPv4 properties. If you were using the router for DNS "my preferred method" you would be seeing the default gateway as the DNS server in the ipconfig.

You might try using a different DNS server like Google's DNS, at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I rebooted and reconfigured my router, changed to WPA2, Changed the channel.

It happened again. The same problem, keep turning to "No internet access" but still connected.

    Below is the SS.
