How can I change my NIC to "Home" instead of "Public"

I have an Alltel USB wireless card and an onboard Gigabit ethernet. When I installed these network cards I accidently told the onboard ethernet that it was on a Public network. How do I change it to Home.
With that interface on Public I cannot join my other computers Homegroup.

In the "Network and Sharing Center" the USB wireless has a link under it that brings up a window where I can change it to Home or Public. etc...
But, the onboard Gigabit network adapter is listed as an "Unidentified Network" and there is no link under it to change it.

Have you tried clicking on the "Set up a new connection or network" link and following the steps to create a new connection? You should be able to create a new connection using the Gigabit adapter and then just remove the old public profile.

I tried that. When I select "new connection" the only adapter is shows me is the USB wireless adapter.
It still shows the Gigabit adapter as being on an "Unidentified Network". Maybe that is why is does not show the adapter.

Should the USB Wireless adapter be configured as a "Public" or "Home"? RIght now I have it set to "Home".
