    My Internet always turns off

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place or not. Sorry if its not.

I'm having a really hard time with my Internet. I have an HP laptop and Windows 7 Home Premium. Recently my Internet started disconnecting. I would be online and all of a sudden, the yellow exclamation point would show up on my wireless signal. I would close my laptop and let it sleep and when I open the laptop again, the Internet is fine, but a few minutes later, it would do the same thing. I updated my drivers and for about a week and a half I wasn't have problems but then the problem started again. The yellow exclamation point would be there and even when I close my laptop and open it again, it wouldn't work. It would just say there are no wireless networks to connect to. It's ONLY MY internet that does this. My sister is on her computer right next to me and it has never done that to her. My phone is also still connected to the Internet.

I've reinstalled my wireless, which is netgear and that worked for about a day. I've tried restoring my system to earlier updates to see if that works and it hasn't. I even tried restoring my laptop to factory settings and as soon as the Internet connected, the yellow exclamation point would be there staring at me. I don't know what's going on with my Internet. Someone please help.

I always use my home network.

Overnight I let my laptop run a full restore to factory settings and when I turned on m computer, the Internet was working just fine. But when I restated the computer, it said there were no network connections but my wireless light was blue. I'm getting to the point where I just want to cry all the time now.

I'm not sure what that means exactly but my wireless has a password in order to use it. WEP something I think.

I don't quite understand what my network security has to do with my internet cutting out all the time? My sister uses her laptop right next to me and we're about five feet away from my wireless router, however it's only MY laptop's wireless that cuts out. If it was the network security, wouldn't her laptop's internet cut out, as well? Or the wireless on my iPhone?
