I need a WOL - Magic Packet program

I have been working on a Remote Desktop Connection to another Windows 7 machine in my house. Got past the Home Premium issue and all is working. It will be a HTPC and I want to control it from my office on the same LAN.

I want to be able to wake the PC from sleep remotely. I have enabled WOL in BIOS, and have made all the network adapter settings. It is ready to go and waiting for it's first Magic Packet.

So it seems that I now need a program that sends the Magic Packet? Meaning there is nothing native to Windows (Home Premium) to do this?
There are a ton of them out there. Which one do you guys use/recommend?

Also: I'd like to put the PC back to sleep remotely. Any suggestions on that?

Personally I use my own one (Whipped it up) because I needed it to listen for packets coming from the internet, not just "Hey I'm going to push a button to turn on my PC downstairs".

I'll hopefully buy a raspberry pi soon and have that on 24/7 just dedicated to this, then I won't have to have my server on 24/7.

I don't have the source code of mine on hand (On server, too lazy to SSH in), but here's one that I have from the plex "UNRAID" addon (Credits to Marc Balmer):-

This is nice little program to do what you want TV:
Depicus Windows Graphical User Interface (GUI)

It is a tiny executable (so it does not need to be installed in Windows), run it when you need it - exit when you're done, just fill in the MAC and IP (it remembers it) and go!
