No outgoing connections

    No outgoing connections


    I had both VNC, apache, and FTP set up on a windows 7 desktop. But all of the sudden nothing but apache seems to be working. I can still access the site that I am hosting, but cannot connect via vnc or ftp (via freeftpd). Is it possible that I accidentally closed outgoing connections or something, and how can I fix it?

Whilst using DXDIAG it made an outgoing connection. I am unsure of this and am scared that somehow my computer information is being sent to an unkown source? Any help would be appreciated. I am using W7 64-bit
Or perhaps limit the outgoing connection speed? I don't really want to limit both incoming and outgoing as Incoming is never a problem for me. Is there a way to put a speed limit or to not allow quite as many connections going out of my system (or router)? Thanks a lot in advance.:cool:
