Windows 7: ethernet connection dropping after an hour

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Signature Edition, Genuine and Activated.
 
 
Ethernet dropping?

With Nvidia cards you can disable "Client side Scaling" in the Advanced Tab of the Driver properties screen.

This has certainly helped more than just myself.

I do not know of a fix for other chip/driver manufacturers.
