100Mbps Internet is SLOW

    100Mbps speed running@ 3-5Mbps; Help needed; Live chat request if need


    Hello!
    I have ordered a 100Mbps Internet from Estonia.
    Below there are pictures about my local area connection and speed test.
    Now, i find that this is NOT normal. It can't be like 3Mbps internet(usually 3-5) as i have Speed 100Mbps
    I have a thompson router from elion enterprise.
    It contains a telephone, wifi, internet cable and TV.
    So, some questions:
    How the f*k can i fix this slow speed?
    Does removing telephone and wifi helps?
    Any other tips?

    That "100 Mbps" is the link speed, that is, the maximum rate at which data can be transferred over LAN cable/card and NOT your internet connection speed. Your internet download speed is 3 Mbps only.

    No, yeah i know that that is link speed, but at my service provider homepage says and i pay for 100Mbps down and .
    I have once managed to get 26 Mbps if i had only cable connected, no tv. And speedtest running ONLY.
    But it's much slower now.

    Tested it out. I get over 10Mbps after i turn of my TV. Any other suggestions, service provider shit don't help me, i've tried it.

    It looks like you may be experiencing congestion at the local RIM or service exchange routers. You need to look carefully at your ISP contract then ask them to fix it or pull for breach of contract if the contract conditions allow ---IMO.
