    Can I Sleep/Wake a networked computer?

I'm building an automated backup system around Macrium Reflect Pro. Ideally, I'd like to put all the computers to sleep around 8:00 PM then wake them around 1:00 AM and run the backups. Problem is, how do I put the networked computer to sleep, then wake it, run the backup and put it back to sleep?

Also, I sometimes get system updates from MS in the middle of the night. If my backup is running, will the update process kill the backup or visa-versa?

You can use task scheduler to do this Task Scheduler - Create New Task see step 10 if you need any help let me know

I've assumed the task scheduler. What I want to know is if the networked computer is in a sleep mode, can my scheduler wake it, run a backup, then put it back to sleep? If the networked computer is in a sleep state, I cannot access it using an explorer.

I'm running my own backups this way with no problems. I'm using Macrium Reflect Pro.
