Some websites won't load in windows 7

    Hi everyone!

I know there are loads of topics similar to this one but none of them was of any help
Here is my problem: I am running windows 7 64 bit (freshly installed only a few weeks ago), today I've noticed that some websites won't load or won't load properly in all my browsers (I have firefox 20, IE9 and chrome). Example sites are adobe.com; ebay.com, facebook.com and msn.com. Those websites worked ok before.

I don't think it's a network or isp related problem, as I can access those websites normally on another laptop running Windows XP and connected to the same wireless network.

I have had this same problem about a week or two and the only thing that worked was completely reinstalling windows 7, which I don't want to go through again

Also, I have tried many possible solutions, including full antivirus scan (with up to date Kaspersky Internet 2013), disabling antivirus, flushing dns through CMD, trying from another user account, restarting computer and modem....Nothing worked!

Can someone please help with this problem?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

Thanks for your help. Magically things are now working after restarting my computer . I didn't do anything else. But I'm sure this problem will occur again.

I did ping the sites before (when I was still facing the problem), it gave a timeout. But now it seems ok, you can check the attached png.

facebook.com and adobe.com are pingable. ebay.com and msn.com doesn't accept the ping... quite normal.

Post ping output when websites are not working (and you're sure other sites work fine). To be sure you're still connected to internet... just search something on google.
    try as well

    Code:
    tracert facebook.com

    Here it goes again!

Some websites won't load on any browser, like facebook.com. Here is the ping and tracert in attached image.
Can it be Kaspersky internet security 2013? I tried disabling it but it didn't solve the problem.

ping can reach facebook.com so not a routing problem. IP address is also correct.

Disable kaspersky and all firewalls (at least temporary).

enable telnet client Windows 7 - Enable Telnet | FettesPS
    After that open command prompt
    Code:
    telnet facebook.com 80
Now enter some random characters. What happens?

I did that, when typing randomly it shows the HTML code of the page inside CMD window. is this ok?
