One PC can join, but can not see other Homegroup computers

Hi,
I'm trying to connect 3 computers - 1 desktop and 2 laptops - all Windows 7 Professional x64.
Desktop wired, laptops - wireless, same router, home network...
Windows Homegroup is working well between the desktop and one of the laptops.
The other laptop can join the homegroup, but ... "No other homegroup computers are currently available".
Anyway other computers and shared folders are visible under Network folder.
Other machines can see each other in the HomeGroup, but this laptop is missing.
I have shared Libraries on every machine.

After hours of investigations I found that when joining homegroup from this laptop, Homegroupuser$ is not created in Control Panel/Administrative tools/Computer management/Local Users and Groups/User.
Also in Control Panel/Credential Manager/Windows Credentials there are no any items like in the other machines (Credentials like MACHINE_NAME\Homegroupuser$)
No third party firewall.
Microsoft Security Essentials - Engine Version: 1.1.9302.0
Windows Firewall - Homegroup allowed.
services - HomeGroup Listener, HomeGroup Provider, Peer Name Resolution Protocol, Peer Networking Grouping and Peer Networking Identity Manager - started, though in Manual mode.
This laptop can create Homegroup and other machines can join it, but the situation is getting worse - no one can see any other machine.
HomeGroup troubleshooter can not see any problems.
I'm considering missing Homegroupuser$ is the problem in my case.
Pls help.

Ensure netbios over TCPIP is enabled on all computers.
Username and password on all machines are the same.
In advanced sharing Everyone permissions are set to full control.

Most likely this problem is caused from rogue files which are collected at peer networking, this is a typical problem and easy enough to solve by simply removing the rogue files at the location in the picture. This tends to be more of a problem with wireless Homegroup connections.

In order to see the AppData file you will probably need to go into the Control Panel then Folder Options, View Tab, click to show hidden files folders and drives, then hit apply. :)

Using the same user name and password isn't required in order for Homegroup sharing to work.

Remove all files in Peer Networking from All machines in the Homegroup at C:>Windows>ServicesProfiles>LocalService>AppData>Roaming>PeerNetworking, then reboot the machine.

After that leave the Homegroup on all machines then create a new Homegroup and rejoin from all machines.

These files will either prevent you from leaving the Homegroup or joining the Homegroup with the typical error message, "This machine can't be part of a Homegroup" or "No other Homegroup machines are currently available".

Have you tried enter credentials under Other account and enter username and password for the Laptop isn't able to be shared.

Can you ping the laptop that is not accessible and post results please.

You may try adding the user accounts you are using for sharing and add them in to advanced sharing with the appropriate permissions.

If you have an actual Microsoft Windows 7 disc you may tryan inplace upgrade(repair install) befor doing a factory reset using the guide below:
Repair Install

A repair install will replace the windows folder only and keeps all of your programs and settings and does not wipe anything unlike the factory reset which wipes everything.

If you only have recovery discs which you burned when you computer was new then a repair install will not be possible.

Please back up all your important data before doing either or both of the above such as videos, music, program files etc to an external hard drive or CD/DVD.
