Trying to network 4 computers with no internet using switch

I am trying to network 4 computers (2 running Windows 7 Pro and 2 running windows 7 home premium). Each computer needs to have a static IP (10.19.1.99, .98, .97, and .96) with subnet at 255.255.255.0. Default gateway is blank.

When the computers are all on and connected to my Linksys 5 port 10/100 Workgroup switch, all the networks show as Unidentified networks in the network and sharing center and all are public. I am unable to change this.

I am also unable to "see" the other computers in the network map.

I have searched multiple threads and done many things but I can't seem to figure it out.

I do not need internet, just to be able to see all the computers and use and move files between them.

Could you go into command prompt and do the
    Code:
    ipconfig /all
command. Post a screen shot here please.

    Hello,

In addition....is your Linksys switch a managed or unmanaged switch?
Why not try using this: 192.168.1.X and Subnet Mask of 255.255.255.0
Each computer needs to have a static IP (10.19.1.99, .98, .97, and .96) with subnet at 255.255.255.0.
Also, instead of using a Workgroup, is this what you have setup? Try Homegroup for Windows 7.

I think I fixed it. I just set it up on a homegroup instead of a workgroup and connected through the wireless hotspot on my phone instead of through the Ethernet cable.
