I see 2 profiles. one upper case, and the same name lower case. why 2? using your commands, ONE profile has the right wireless password, the other one don't.
    Code:
    Netsh wlan delete profile name=”yourprofilename"
Delete both the uppercase and lowercase profile. reboot. Now reconnect and remember password. Does work as expected?

Why not change the SSID name on the router? And use WPA2 security instead of easily crackable WEP?

    Last attempt
    disconnect from internet
delete all wireless profiles from network centre->manage wireless networks
delete the folders with XMS stuff as requested before

In regedit delete everything under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Signatures\Managed

In regedit delete everything under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Signatures\UnManaged

    Reboot

delete the manage and unmanaged folders, or just the keys in them? managed is empty other than one setting on the right side... unmanaged has one folder in it with several things on the right in that folder.
