yep my wireless settings is the default router settings
my router gateway is 192.168.2.1
, i've tried a wierd connection from another pc to mine it says there is internet acess but won't browse or connect to other servers

Ok seems to be no problem there.
Try disabling you anti virus. You shouldn't have a problem with MSE but just to see.
Next step would be to boot into safe mode with networking and see how that goes and post back.
i've tried disabling mse and also tried safe mode with networking they didn't solve the problem
it was the step 6 , winsock and tcp/ip stack :)
