Rather than trying to set up a static IP, you should see a setting there to enable DHCP which will input all the settings for you automatically.

    LED 5300 series
Insert the Samsung wireless LAN adapter (WIS09ABGNX, WIS12ABGNX) into one of the TV’s USB
ports, referring to the illustration. Without this connection, the TV cannot connect to the Internet

    wireless.

According to the Samsung page you need to use one of their USB adaptors in order to set up the wireless. This is according to the PDF set up manual from your model TV. Do you have one of the Samsung USB adaptors plugged into the TV?

I didn't find any directions for the actual wireless set up although there is are DHCP settings according to the set up page but you must have the correct model number USB adaptor plugged into the TV.

Yes WPA2 with AES encryption and 802.11n is what most new devices use these days. I will assume you have the Samsung USB adaptor plugged into your TV.

You should be able to get into your routers settings by typing the routers default gateway into the URL of your browser, should be 192.168.x.x the x.x will most likely be either 0.1 or 1.1 or 2.1 for Belkin routers, I'm not sure which router you are using or I could be more exact here.
