    Open up a command prompt . Click on the button type CMD , right click and choose Run as administrator . On the User Access Control window click on the Yes button . In the command prompt Input the command below


    wmic csproduct list full
    press <ENTER>

    Is there any info there that looks like a manufacturers name or model number in the list ?

    Ok, I found your motherboard at the Gigabyte website & their driver dowloads page. Do you have any way to download on another computer & put on a USB Flash drive to transfer it to your Desktop computer ?

    You want to download the driver I posted on a the PC then transfer it to the issue PC with a flash drive .
