    Argh! This is all a bit beyond me. I installed the BIOS but don't know what to do with it and whether it is properly installed. I entered setup because that seemed to be the right thing to do. Lots of options that I didn't know what to do with so just exited and saved settings. Don't know what you mean by all the colours.

    The colors are the SATA ports on your motherboard .
