    How to play in a Local Area Network with a router


    We have a PC and a laptop. The PC is connected via a cable and the laptop, through wifi. Is there any way we could play LAN? preferably with no cables involved.
    or if there is already a thread exactly solving my problem, I'd gladly be directed there.

    The PC runs on windows 7 and the laptop on windows 8. Is that even possible?

    Of course you can, you are already in one "LAN", just configure the game you're playing.

    P.S. Configure or disable your firewalls :)

Hi Team, I have a problem with my Local Area Connection. I have installed the driver correctly and can access the internet also. But when I go to Open Network and sharing center -> change adapter setting -> I can not see Local Area Connection icon appear. My OS is windows 7, HP System.
Hey, so just this morning i disconnected all of a sudden, and now i can't connect to the internet with my ethernet cable, my wireless connection is fine though...I've been searching for solutions but nothing has worked so far, i really have no idea what to do.
