    Making bluetooth work my way

Well lets begin first steps first.....making windows reconise the bluetooth usb stick.
i have a bluetooth stick connected and windows successfully reconised it and added it as device.
however when i go to the menu "add device" in windows, i see no bluetooth device whatsoever popup.

as soon as i have this working, i want to use the bluetooth headset for teamspeak.

Try going into Device Manager and looking under USB controllers.

In case you aren't familiar with how Bluetooth works you need to put whatever device you are wishing to pair into discovery mode. Some devices go into discovery mode for a short time when they are first turned on, some have a button to put them into discovery mode. Once the device is in discovery mode, then you can tell the computer to search for devices. If there are no devices nearby in discovery mode, the computer won't find anything.

Depending on the device, you may need to enter a PIN to connect. If the documentation for the device does not specify a PIN the default is often 0000.

I believe that you were looking for the Bluetooth device but this one is already installed.

As you found out they do show up under Universal Serial Bus controllers, or USB.

I'm not sure what you mean "I only see the Bluetooth device" ? Isn't that what you were just looking for?

i have found out how to connect it.
there are 2 things to be chosen. i can use a advanced audio profile or/and a headset profile.
when using the headset profile, i hear audio but on very, very low quality. the mic works.
when using the advanced profile i hear audio on very good quality but the mic does not work.

    any solution?
