No internet at startup, pc freezes after disabling it

    Hi.

After I had some bluescreen kernel errors I decided its time to reinstall windows.

Formatted my c:\, installed windows, installed my VGA and motherboard driver from their websites (so I have the fresh one and not the old from the CD's). Installed .net, java, direct x, c++ thingy, redistributables, adobe air/reader/flash/shockwave, silverlight, office 2007, microsoft essentials.

Some other programs that I had before, skype, epson driver, antimalware, spybot s&d, teamviewer, etc etc.

Then I checked the updates. Started installing them. After I installed all updates I started checking my games. Installed what I wanted to play and everything was fine.

The win install happened 2 days ago, may 14th ~13:00. I installed the updates over the 2 days in 3 parts (download tons of updates, install then reboot)

I played DotA 2 at 14th and it was totally fine. Then before I went to sleep I installed the second bunch of updates while I was sleeping.

When I woke up I assigned the third bunch of updates while I get ready.

Now after all updates finished I played again and I was lagging like hell. Checked speedtest, closed all programs apart from the game (speedtest showed that my internet is running as it should). But I was having 600-700 ping spikes.

I ignored them, thinking maybe the game servers are lagging.

The next day (today), I started up the pc and I found out that I have no internet connection. Automatically I checked the router and modem, but they were fine. Checked the internet from phone and psp and both was fine. Then I hovered over the little PC icon with the red X over it. And it was it cant find any connection.

Now this happened before and you guys couldnt help with the case. This exact same problem.

Then I went to the local connections. Theres two way to disable the internet connection. One way to right click and disable, the other one is to open the connection and press the disable button (right?).

I was pretty sure what will happen if I right click and press disable... nothing, nothing happened. Just as with the prev. windows.

Opened the connection, pressed disable there aaand PC frozen just as before. Same exact problem on a brand new Win 7.

Now how to fix this problem?

I have a suspect but I couldnt remove it.

First: After every udate windows made a system restore point (or it should've), but right now I only have one system restore point that point to this morning nuch of updates. I restored to that point currently.

1: Why I only have 1 restore point? How to allow win to have more then one.

Second: When I updates the windows I wasnt sure if I want to install the nvidia nforce update or not (since thats responsible for the internet and I suspect that as problem) since I had internet. I decided I install it. What problem could happen on a new win...right?

I checked the updates and this:

[undefined=undefined]nVidia - Network - NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller

    Telepítés dátuma: ‎2013.‎05.‎15. 21:22

    Telepítés állapota: Sikeres

    Frissítés típusa: Nem kötelező

nVidia Network software update released in August, 2010

    További információk:
    Driver Information

    Súgó és támogatás:
    Product Solution Centers[/undefined]

I suspect this causes the problem since its from 2010 and theres no new one. I checked what updates can I delete aaaand sadly, I can delete every single update except this. Its not on the list of deletable updates.

So pc wizards, help me out

Did you install the official network driver from the venders website? Sometimes the Windows versions have issues.
