    New Router?

lol alright so since i built my new PC, ive noticed some serious slow speeds while on the internet. i decided to run speedtest.net and it came up with varied results between 3mb/s down and 12mb/s down..... my desktop is getting barly 5mb/s download. this is all wireless.

i decided to connect my laptop straight to the router via Ethernet, and ran the test again. i got 30mb/s download speeds. i then decided to connect my laptop to the modem directly. i then got 60mb/s download speeds with about 12-20ms ping.

just to make sure again, i disconnected everything, and went wireless again. standing rite next to the router, i got 12mb/s download again.

time for a new router? i think so....
