What about connecting directly to the modem? if your modem is set to dhcp the Dns entries should be populated automatically. Check the ipconfig from a working computer.
Your not getting an ip address from your router that's why your ipconfig shows 169.x.x.x
Use ipconfig/all on one of the working pc's to get the gateway then try setting a static IP address on your laptop wi-fi
There is no entry in the modem
This is the ipconfig from a another working computer

Doesn't your modem have a Ethernet port that you can plug directly into it. Your laptops connects to your ISP through the modem via the router. It highly likely that you problem laptop is not been recognised by the network hence not able to connect you they to you ISP. There is something call MAC address learning by your modem.
