file sharing between notebook and desktop pc, What i miss

i3 desktop pc ----w7 enterprise 64
i5 notebook pc ---w7 pro 64
i7 desktop pc ----w7 ultimate 32

at i5 can't see "shared-e/shared-d" from i3 because of admin issue
at i7 can see "shared-e/shared-d" from i3

what I missing??
there are the differences between desktop and notebook filesharing?
