Unidentified Network - No Internet Access at work, but not at home

Just got a refurb laptop. Connected it to the work network. Shows connected to unidentified network and no internet access, both plugged in and wireless. I take it home or to our other site and connect wireless with no problem. This is the only machine with Windows7 on the network. We have 18 other machines and ipads on the network with no issues. This is my third day trying things that have been suggested with no luck. The frustrating part is that the laptop works and the network is fine.

Open command prompt (when connected wireless to work):
    Code:
    ipconfig/all>ipconfig.txt
    post file ipconfig.txt
    You may delete ipconfig.txt afterwards

It works fine if connected by utp-cable?

It looks like DHCP server doesn't answer. It doesn't give him an ip address. Instead it uses 169.254.x.y
Does DHCP server allow any machine? For example I connect with my iphone wirelessly (assuming I know th wireless password) then it should work... no extra actions needed?

Config you posted looks fine. You knew already.....it works at home and at other site

I tried all of the suggestions on the link above. I did restart resetting tcp/ip. Any other suggestions? Need any other details to help?

I can recently added a windows8 machine w/ no problems what so ever. Like I said, the laptop connects to my iphone while my iphone is connected to the wireless here at work.
