    Can you rerun FSS.exe and upload the FSS.txt ?

    I'm not seeing any connection issues .

    What happens if you open Internet Explorer type in Google inside the Address bar what do you get

    Could somebody please breakdown what I should do to eliminate this error as a possibly source for our problems?
    Before a recent update (two days ago), IE never displayed this message when a page couldn't connect and I hit "detect problems automatically."

    Right click on the tool and select Run as administrator
