Yep! I'm on it right now =P I tried tethering my phone to use its settings but still only FireFox works. If it helps any, the other programs that work are: Skype, Google Chat, and Drop box. There may be more that I haven't needed to use lately.

Open up Internet explorer . Once up on your keyboard press PrntScrn if you're on a laptop press Fn and PrntScrn . Then paste the picture . Do the same with Programs and Features . Click on the button type Programs and features inside press Enter .

Okay so aside from the explorer shot, the shots show installed programs, not updates. Should I do updates as well?

No need for the updates . The photos still how Dr.web antivirus software installed . Reason I asked for the photo of IE was to see if there was any toolbars left .

Hey, I'm sorry that I haven't responded in a while. I'm having a very busy week.
It seems that though Dr.Web is under the list of installed programs, that it's inactive. When I try to remove it, I get the prompt that I attached as a screen shot.
I hit restore, it did it's thing, then I tried to uninstall it again, but the same prompt appeared.
I've also attached screen shots of the processes listen in task manager. Could some of them be malicious?
Thank you again for trying to help :)

Use RevoUninstaller to remove Dr.Web Antivirus

    RevoUninstaller Pro 30-Day Trial Version
    Download

    For 64-Bit OS

Double click Revo Uninstaller to run it.
From the list of programs double click on The Program to remove
When prompted if you want to uninstall click Yes.
Be sure the Advanced option is selected then click Next.
The program will run, If prompted again click Yes
when the built-in uninstaller is finished click on Next.
Once the program has searched for leftovers click Next.
Check/tick the bolded items only on the list then click Delete
when prompted click on Yes and then on next.
put a check on any folders that are found and select delete
when prompted select yes then on next
    Once done click Finish.

       Note
If the free version of RevoUninstaller doesn't show the program you would need to download and install the 30-Day trial of RevoUninstaller Pro which will be able to remove 64-bit programs

So I used that program to uninstall Dr.Web and delete all associated files and folders. Afterwards FireFox didn't even work. I tampered with whatever settings I could until I performed a system restore to yesterday morning's settings. Now Fire Fox is active, but Dr.Web is still installed...
