absolutely correct, but in the context of the O.P. question/issue of interference, naa.

I reinstalled windows so I don't have it anymore ^_^ also I found out that the ip address I was using was telling the router that if that computer has that ip address than put restrictions on it so I just changed the ip and it seems to work fine and I will later edit those settings on the router
