    You can try this for a test:

    In Device Manager disable the Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport Adapter
    See if that makes a difference.
    You might need to reboot for this change.

    If that doesn't help, you can always re-enable it.

    I believe I know exactly what is wrong here but it will require the undivided attention of the Op in order to fix this problem. If wahidi is interested in fixing this problem let me know. :)
