    Well just did a complete re-install of 7 and everything seems to be work perfectly. Thanks for all of your help everyone, even though I wasn't able to resolve the issue without going nuclear I do appreciate it.

Alright, So here is the rundown: I have Windows 7 Ultimate. I always have ran Malwarebytes Daily and RegCure. I had a trojan make it past Malwarebytes so I decided to give Avast a try. Didnt like Avast so I uninstalled it and went back with Malwarebytes.
