Normally happens, like you'll end up with a ton of people with 'Invalid IP Configuration' errors.. Weird

I wanted to ask do you know any other way so we can do this if there is no working DHCP protocol

Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1 ; Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

You need there to not be a DHCP server at the office so that the machine can use the static one configured.

If there is then your machine will pick up an IP address automatically. However unless your device is a key device I would think that you need a static IP address because there isn't a DHCP server therefore this should work.
