Making a static Ip only for one wireless network and the others auto

Hey guys :)
This is my first post here , in the forum so i want to appologize if there are mistakes in the title or my grammar .. i will try to fix it as soon as possible :)

So i wanted to ask is there any way to make a laptop that is with windows 7 be able to take a static ip adress only for one specific network that is in the office and if the same laptop try to connect to other network to be able to get an adress automatically .

I hope that i wrote it clearly and you will be able to understand my question if not please tell me what should i discribe more.

The user wants to connects only from the wireless interface.
The problem is that when i make it work for the office with the static ip i don't know how if its possible to make it connect with different settings for any other wireless networks.

I will try it tomorrow and i really hope that this will fix the problems :)
