Welcome to Seven Forums,
I'm assuming that there's no Windows Server (eg... Windows Server 2008/2012/SBS) in your network? What are the versions (Home, Pro or Ultimate) of these Windows 7 computers? Will you be connecting all computers to the Internet as well? Do you have network switches? Is the setup going to be wired/wireless? |

The best setup that you may have is the Homegroup since there's no Server(s) neither mixed Operating Systems. It's great that all the computers are wired. Will you be implementing wireless connectivity? If you are, create a Guest Account in your Router so that the Users with the wireless devices are isolated from your network. Usually Guest Account is for your Guests.
Edit: You might want to create a policy for the Users not to go to illegal sites, you may block illegal sites/ports in your router or security device (if you have one). |

Just to clarify, you meant the computers disconnect or disappear from your network? Please correct me if I'm wrong....
