    Remote Assistance help

I have a windows 7 home premium and am trying to do remote assistance to a windows Vista home premium using microsofts remote access. It just wont go. Is there a trick to this or something? I can use the remote access when accessing another windows 7 no problem, but the Vista I cant.. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome clammypammy, :)

I find the FREE version of TeamViewer works fine with all win7 versions, Vista & XP versions. Very simple to set up for several remote computers on the internet, like home, work, relatives, etc.

Be sure and check your firewalls, too. There are some that will block any attempts to do this until you enable the function.
