Computer seemingly "kicked out" from both home routers.

Hello everybody, I hope the thread title is adequate.
Here is my problem:
When I came home from my trip and powered up my Win7 laptop, all of a sudden it can't get internet access from any of the two home networks. It can connect, the credentials are valid as always, but it displays: "no internet access".
All of the other home computers we have can connect perfectly to both networks and browse free of any trouble. I doublechecked that my pc's MAC is allowed in the Access Control lists for both routers. I also tried it without the AC on, and still no luck.
I tried the solutions from these help threads:

I keep getting this message - Your computer appears to be correctly - Microsoft Community
Nothing changes. I have also restarted numerous times, but to no avail.
Antivirus does not detect any viruses (though I can't imagine why a virus would tinker with my connection, seems stupid).
The PC is password protected so nobody could have changed anything while I was away. It was working beautifully with both networks when I left, and now it seems like he can't get an IP address from them (ipconfig /all returns 0es for the Physical Address)
The error message when I run the Win7 troubleshooter is the dreaded: "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding (microsoft.com)"
Both version 6 and 4 of my Internet Protocol are set to retrieve DNS and IP automatically. Tried restarting the WiFi adapter numerous times, as well as both routers.
I don't think that this has anything to do with it, but I use Chrome and have never experienced this problem beofre. Also from what I gathered there haven't been any power outages while I was gone which might have somehow affected the routers...
So I am all out of ideas on where to search for the problem or how to solve it. Any ideas, guys?

By running ipconfig /all several more times I discovered that under the I-E NIC my physical address is the correct MAC I have stored in the Access List and the IPv4 address looks just like a valid home network address - 192.168.something.something

However under the Tunnel adapter isatap my Physical address is simply 0s.

Your IP configuration looks fine to me, I am curious as to what the DNS servers are set to on your router?

Can you open a command prompt and type the following:

Code:

ping www.google.com

Press enter, let the ping complete and then type the following:

Code:

ping 173.194.34.82

Press enter, let the ping complete.

Please then upload the results of the ping tests so we can see if DNS is an issue here.

EDIT: You appear to have a static IPv6 address assigned to a tunnel adapter. Did you set that? If possible I would remove that since that can cause conflicts.

Running the attached file below should reset all static IP addresses. Please note that it will restart your machine.

Based on your pings you are getting IP connectivity at a networking level

Can you provide a screenshot at all of where you are seeing this 'No Internet Access' error?

I have a feeling that the tunnel adapter is causing this. Running the attached file below should resolve this problem if my suspicion is correct.

Here are the screenshots depicting my general issue. Can I screenshot anything else that would be of use?

Well, I tried using the IPResetAll, but no luck with it so far... It did restart, but when it booted back up - same issue.

I find it strange that the pings are going through as well...

Hmmm.... All I can think of right now is some sort of application is preventing access. Please ensure that any Access control lists applied are temporarily removed to prevent any conflicts. Once done please temporarily disable your firewall and Anti-Virus application.

Once done please boot the machine into Safe Mode with Networking and test internet connectivity.

Safe Mode

Note

Please replace all references of 'Safe Mode' with 'Safe Mode with Networking'

Please report back your results in safe mode.

Lastly, It seems that the connection is shown as a public network? Did you set this? Please change it to private as some public options can cause issues.

Network Location - Set as Home, Work, or Public Network

Hey Josh,
Issue is fixed now, and I am ashamed to say that it was caused by a faulty Toolbar I had installed for no apparent reason and a buggy version of Skype Click to Call. Am not sure which one had to do more with the problem, but uninstalled both and we have functionality. Thanks for you help and time and I wish you an awesome day, friend!
