streaming web content to panasonic viera smart tv

I have the tv set up so as i can steam from my pc to the tv EG download movie, you tube clip etc then stream to tv works fine.
I want to stream straight from web to tv(without downloading to my pc),is this possible and if so how.The tv has internet but does not have flash player which means i cant stream via the tvs internet connection.

So basically i want to open a browser on my pc, watch a documentary, footy etc but stream it to the tv is this possible and if so how.wirelessly.

I stream from my PC to my Smart TV too, but I've never found a way to stream from the net to the TV via the PC. I daresay even if it is possible the quality would take a big hit anyway.

Thanks,i know most of the above, but i think the problem is that the browser on the tv does not have adobe flash.I havent found anyway to stream from my pc browser to the tv.Idont know if there is some way you can share via the router and ip address to allow this to happen.
